About Lisa

My name is Lisa. I have been a licensed French and Spanish teacher for all levels of High School curriculum since 2005. I Received a Bachelor's degree in both languages from Bradley University (Illinois) and have a Master's in Teaching and Learning from Point Loma Nazarene University where I graduated at the top of my class. I have lived in France, Spain, and Mexico where I lived with host families that supported my language acquisition efforts.

I have taught and built curriculum for three school and have been a part of very successful programs.

I live in the Ocean Beach/ Point Loma area and since I do not work in the summer, I have a flexible schedule and can work with you/ your family's goals and expectations to make sure that both parties are more than satisfied with the learning results.

Since I work at the High School level, I have many resources available for you and/or your child.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
Lisa

I taught the tennis camps at the La Jolla YMCA for two summers in a row and maintained excellent results from my athletes. They both learned the basics of tennis and enjoyed their days. I now play about 3 times per week doubles and singles and played during high school where I was MVP and Co-Captain during my Junior and Senior year. I live in Ocean Beach/ Point Loma and am a member at La Jolla Tennis Club. I also have access to the courts at Point Loma Nazarene University.
