I am a senior football player at Liberty University and have been involved in weightlifting through high school track, high school football, college track, and also college football. I know the correct technique in the 4 major lifts for sports which are the bench, squats, power clean, and hang clean. I also know many axillary lifts that can improve each of these lifts to make you a better athlete. My degree at Liberty is Kinesiologyu Exercise Science which is a study of how the body moves and works in the the world of sport and exercise.
bodybuilding
I am a senior at Liberty University currently studying Kinesiology Exercise Science. I have a broad background in different types of strength gains as I have been involved in college track, college football, and also studies that involve learning about how the body adapts to the forces acted upon it. I have done Resistance training, strength training, and bodybuilding. My knowledge on these areas have helped me go from 155 pounds as a senior in high school to 180 pounds now. When I did body build my arms went from 14 1/2 inches to 16 1/2 inches so I know how to increase muscle mass especially in the arms and chest.
