I hold a BA degree in Applied Mathematics from Northeastern University, and have
tutored Math since 1982. I have tutored students privately, and also at learning
centers such as Sylvan, Lexington Learning Center, and Bentley University
Math Lab. My strengths are in being patient, and attentive to the needs of the
individual student. Subjects I tutor include Algebra (1 and 2), Pre-Calculus,
Calculus and Statistics. I sometimes produce additional notes for the student on a
specific topic, if it appears that would be helpful.
Currently, I am working part-time at the Math department of a publishing company
in Boston. My work involves setting up online tutorials in the form of video lessons,
interactive tutorials, etc.
