  • You receive a 5% discount on packages of $200-$399, with a total cost of $190-$379.
  • A package of lessons that would cost $400-$999 will receive a 10% discount, resulting in an upfront charge of $360-$899.
  • A package worth $1,000-$2,499 will be eligible for a 15% discount, with a total cost of $850-$2124.
  • Packages of $2,500+ will receive a 20% discount and cost $2,000 and up.
  Remember, satisfaction with your first hour of tutoring is guaranteed and the unused portion of your purchase amount is both refundable and transferable to any WyzAnt tutor.

I am a 24 year old female with a variety of teaching and tutoring experience at all age-levels. I graduated from the University of Virginia in the spring of 2006 and will begin my Master's degree in international affairs this fall. I have been employed as a teaching assistant/caretaker in a day care, focusing on ages 4 years and under. I have also professionally tutored this age group and higher. In addition, I currently tutor at the high school junior level, focusing on Algebra, History, English, and Chemistry. I have teaching experience with children with special needs and I am also a professionally certified yoga instructor.

I have a full-time job that requires me to be in office Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm. I am fully available outside of these hours on weekdays and am available anytime on the weekends. I have my own car for transportation and will be more than happy to tutor at the location of your choice.

  Piano was my main extracurricular activity as a child. I received weekly piano instruction for 10 years and advanced to the recital, concert, and orchestra levels. I have a very thorough understanding of basic piano skills and could certainly assist in higher level piano instruction.

  I am a professionally certified yoga instructor and a graduate from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. At the Nosara Yoga Institute, I completed the 200-hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training. This training including the following: 105 hours Yoga Techniques; 23 hours Teaching Methodology; 22 hours Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology; 22 hours Philosophy, Psychology, Lifestyle; 17 hours Practicum; 11 hours Professional Practices. I am now a member of the National Yoga Alliance.
