Currently teaching at Houston Community College, I have taught or tutored in 10 different countries. I have experience working with many different cultures at all academic levels. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to ESL, Writing (both Creative and Technical), Reading and Comprehension, Study Skills and Test Preparation. I focus on the students innate learning abilities, find out how they learn, and then I teach them the way that works best for them. I know how to keep the mind alert and active and how to increase memory retention. I have worked with PhD professors at leading Universities around the world on various academic techniques.
