Since I was sixteen years old and helping my friends with their English papers or studying for the Academic Decathlon I have known that I would teach and enjoy it. I’ve been in school for most of my life and will always be a student. However, at a certain point as students, we teach what we learn. That is what brings me joy: teaching what I learn. I’ve done many things as a profession in my adulthood, but at this time, all that I wish to do is to teach.

I am currently finishing my degree in English at Portland State University and am looking froward to enrolling into the Master of Arts in Teaching at Concordia University in the Fall.
