I am a thirty year old student who returned to college late in life. I have a degree from the Community College of Rhode Island, and studied for one year at Brown University. I am married to a Medical Resident (a doctor) who is practicing here in Greenville. I am going to continue my studies, beginning this fall at either UNC or ECU in order to be closer to my wife. I have taken and passed all mathematics courses up until Calculus II, which is the college equivalent to Calculus BC. I have also excelled in every writing course I have taken, and have a great deal of interest in History. In college I will study both Accounting and Mathematics. I have tutored students of all ages, from middle school to college students. I have experience working with non-traditional students as well. I have worked with students who have behavioral and emotional difficulties, and have also worked with students to prepare for the SAT.
