I have a doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine from Cleveland Chiropractic College, I graduated cum laude 3.5 GPA 04/24/2009
I received my undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville Illinois.
I teach part time at Southwestern Illinois College SWIC in the math and sciences department.
I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages, from gradeschool children to adults in college. I enjoy working with individuals teaching them about wellness and nutrition. I also enjoy teaching students at all age levels in math, sciences, and english. I have tutored for five yrs for a University in english courses, biochemistry, biology, algebra I and II, geometry, histology, physiology, and immunobiology helping undergrad and postgrad students with a variety of declared majors improve their grades.
I have also tutored students independently over the past eight yrs in subjects such as ESL and elementary (k-6), As well as students preparing to take their ASVAB, GRE, MCAT and GED exams.
I enjoy tutoring, teaching and helping others advance in their educational goals.
I use a variety of teaching styles depending on how each student learns. From graphs, drawings, and power points, to detailed notes. I also incorporate practice problem sets and exams for students to take to see their progress.
