I enjoy teaching difficult subjects. Reason - they are not so difficult once you understand the concept and can separate important information from not so important. I also believe that some of the modern textbooks are rather confusing because they put so much secondary information and it clouds your sky of understanding the material. My favorite subjects to teach are algebra 1 and 2 and biology of various levels. I've been tutoring for 5 years already and it gives me great pleasure to see how students improve their grades and understanding of the material as our studies progress. I also like to learn myself - currently I am finishing MA in Molecular Biotechnology program and can share with you some exciting news about human genome and personalized medicine if that is what you are interested in. I also encourage you not to give up if the material is challenging - use online resources to get you started - Wikipedia is the best. Ask your friends, we all are different, and they might be better at some subjects like math or physics, but you might be better in writing. Do not be embarrassed to ask for help from your teachers, they are there to help you, not to scare or intimidate.
