I have worked with elementary aged kids for over 5 years. My undergraduate is Elementary Education. I have a little over a year left, but am taking time off as I have two small children. I am looking for ways to be able to continue to help students. I have taught as a preschool teacher, and worked as an assistant in the Elementary Schools. I love working with young children and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the look on a students face when they understand the work they are doing. I have always loved math. I guess I just like working with numbers. I went through Pre-Calculus. So I can help with the lower level math. Outside of the classroom I spent most of my time in sports. I was on the Soccer, Basketball and Softball teams but Softball is my passion. I have played for over 14 years and was offered a spot on the college team but turned it down to start a family.
