I first started tutoring when I retired from Sony Electronics. I got involved with the Sylvan Learning Center tutoring students in reading, language arts, writing and some math.All of my students have come to appreciate my tutoring style which is relaxed and fun. My kids have opportunity to work at a pace that benefits them the most and know that they are getting better at what they do day by day. Al though Sylvan could not always accommodate the parents, many of them requested me to teach their child. I hope I can have that kind of relationship with you and your child. I have also taught school and in particular schools for trouble students. Although this is gratifying, tutoring is my first love.
