I am a person who went back to school after 20 years and found a way to study, learn and retain the information I needed to achieve my goals. I did this at night while working full time. I work at a Computer Consulting company which requires computer use, writing and presentations, as well as, at meet with clients and communicate our company's best features. On a personal level, I am a horse owner and compete in jumping. I have been riding horses since I was a young girl. I have mentored more than tutored and found that my style is direct, encouraging and consistent in working with each person on an individual basis. Each person learns in different ways, and I try to find the way that works best indiviually. I also believe in rewards when achievements have been made. (i. e. ice cream, donuts, etc.)
