My name is TOM; I'm originally from Chad in Central Africa. I have my Master degrees in Geophysics from Azerbaijan University in 1980 and completed my Ph D also in geophics from Moscow Petroleum Academia in 1984.
In 1986, I was appointed as assistant Professor in national University of my country (Chad). Five year later, I became Professor and have taught physics and Geophysics for almost 15years. In addition, I have taught math in high school for 15 years, and have organized and created various scientific associations and clubs where student can help each other and work with tutors. I also was a permanent tutor for many students in physics, math and French.
In 2003, I created my own high and middle school “Cmplexe Scolaire Ibrahim Abatcha” in N’Djamena in Chad. When still working at National University, I have been the head of jury for the organization of Baccalaureate exam for four years.
I have developed a very good pedagogical knowledge as result of my coursework and dealing with student from different academicals and social background. I am also a good listener and enjoy problem solving and working with detail.
