I am a former elementary school teacher with many years of experience in many different venues. I have taught in the Head Start program in the inner city. I have taught at an affluent private school. I have had experience in the public school realm as well. When I was pregnant with my first child, I spent that year home schooling other people's children in my home and it was my favorite experience of all. With a kindergartner, a first grader and two third graders who were on very different levels we were a real life one-room school house.
I now have two children of my own that I am currently home schooling and have been for the last 5 years. I would enjoy the opportunity to help your child learn in the comfort and privacy of your own home!
