I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. I spent many years tutoring in a school based mentoring program emphasizing homework and reading skills on an elementary level.
After college I served in the US Peace Corps, for a time teaching English as a Second Language in West Africa.
