I was born and raised in Turkey, moved to the US 12 yrs ago. I am the mother of an incredible four-year-old.
I live in Walteria area in Torrance CA (near Redondo Beach).
I teach children's yoga in a local preschool.
I graduated from Akdeniz (Mediterranean) University with a Hotel Management degree in 1995. I worked in Casinos during my school years, and I was very lucky to be given a green card when I was just about to finish my school.
I worked as an interpreter/translator for Ectaco Inc. in New York City and created their English/Turkish electronic dictionary database. After 3 years in New York, I decided to return to Casino Business and moved to fabulous Las Vegas. I worked as a pit boss/casino supervisor in Las Vegas Hilton, Aladdin Hotel/Casino and Hard Rock Casinos for 5 years until I decided to become a stay home mom and moved to Los Angeles in early 2004.
My joy and priority in life is my little one, and I truly enjoy being a mother. I am a certified Radiant Child Yoga Program teacher. I love kundalini yoga, I meditate and I am a believer of non-violent parenting. I am also an advanced graduate of American Feng Shui Institute (Student of Master Larry Sang).
I love reading. Right now, I am working on "Unconditional Parenting". (I also love number crunching and sudaku puzzles)
I try to visit Turkey every year. We spent 3 months in Antalya last year.
