My name is Vanessa Kelley and I am a Social Worker who is currently employed as a therapist/case manager in an elementary school. In this job, I provide services and play therapy to children with behavioral issues. The majority of my work experience has been with children and with individuals living with special needs. I love what I do and the children that I work with. I also have experience as a tutor with inner city children and a year of experience as a counselor with inner city children in Miami, Florida, where I completed my Masters Degree. I love the idea of empowering a child to reach their full potential. I believe that every child has the ability to succeed academically if given the right tools. I believe I am a helpful tutor because I am a creative person who likes to think outside of the box and create new and different ways for children to learn and ways that suit them best. I am looking to begin work with this company in order to increase my professional experience as well as to earn extra cash in order to pay back all those student loans!!
