I am currently attending Cal State San Marcos with a major in Spanish to teach at the high school level. I have had experience tutoring and working with kids and teens in after school programs and through the Tutor Connection Program. I started tutoring Spanish in high school and loved it! I have also worked through the Reading Partners Program through the Barahona Center at Cal State San Marcos, to promote bilingual literacty in students. I am a big fan of project-based learning and think that hands-on teaching will allow each student to be creative while learning effectively. Learning should not have to be difficult and it should definitely not be boring!I am certified to tutor in Spanish, Microsoft Word, Spelling, reading, vocabulary. I have a passion for outdoor activities and traveling!
