  Qualifications include: * Training a church music team * Accompanying singing for 30 years * Sightsinging and sightreading (piano and trombone) * Teaching beginning piano to many students

• Hebrew

  Four years of training in Hebrew studies prepared me to use Hebrew, largely for reading, writing, and translation. Presently teaching Hebrew.

• Japanese

  Studied one year at California State University of Northridge, conversed weekly with Japanese speakers for two years, lived in Japan 3 months, and taught Japanese on 5 levels at Venice Beach High School.

• Russian

  Studied Russian in Kyiv, Ukraine and in Bryansk, Russia a total of 3 years. Shopped in Russian, gave public speeches in Russian, listened to news in Russian, and conversed with Russian speakers continually through that time.
