Hi, my name is Rhonda. I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Early Childhood Education, and I am a few classes away from completing my Masters of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. I am certified through the state of Florida's Department of Education to teach ESOL (the education of speakers of other languages), K-12 ESE (exceptional student education), Pre-K to 3rd grade, Birth to Age 3, and I have passed the tests to become certified in Pre-k Handicapp. I am also certified by the state of Florida's Department of Health as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist. I have worked for over 3 years in the local Early Intervention program with children who have delays in all areas of development (self help skills, behavior, attention, memory, pre-academic skills, fine and gross motor, and receptive and expressive communication). I have also worked with children who have Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Autism Spectrum, Williams and DiGeorge Syndrome, and various other disabilities.
