About Kathleen:

I have spent the last year teaching English to middle school boys in South Korea. I really enjoy teaching, and have taught English as a Second Language to people at almost every age level (from 12 to 65!). I have always enjoyed tutoring, and have helped my peers throughout all of my years in school. I am quite good at languages (I have studied French for my entire life, and lived in France when I was a small child, I also took 3 semesters of Russian at UW-Madison and one semester of Spanish, and can speak a small amount of Korean after living there for the year), and really enjoy teaching them to others. I also love to read, and have always gotten high marks on essays and research papers, and would make an excellent general English tutor. My only weak subjects at school were science and math. I am patient, outgoing, and will make tutoring sessions both engaging and fun.
