Hello, my name is Mark. I am 26 years old and live in the Boston area. I have taught in a juvenile prison for the last 4 and a half years. I have taught Math, History, Life Skills, and English (presently). There is constant turnover of the students in the facility at which I work. This means that in four and a half years I have taught thousands of students, and consider myself able to teach students of various abilities and personalities.
I went to St. Anselm's College where I majored in history and began tutoring at risk youth. I am presently a student at Fitchburg State College, earning my master's degree in Special Education. I love sports. I was the captain of my high school baseball team, ran track, and played football. I am extremely flexible, and am excited about the opportunity to work with willing students.
