I have taught everyone from young children, business leaders, to military officials on a wide range of subjects. Though every person and situation brings its own challenges and surprises, the common thread for me has always been connection. If I can find a common interest and understanding, infuse that with some fun, and just enough discipline and focus, the results can be amazing.

• bass guitar

  I have been playing bass proffesionally for over 10 years. I am a strong sight reader, however I also play by ear and am often hired to play with little or no rehearsal. I play just about every style from Rock, Pop, Country, Funk, Gospel and Classical. I am currently playing with various bands and "for hire" gigs in the greater Los Angeles area.

• cello

  Cello is one the first instruments I ever learned. I was classicaly trained in Germany by an amazing Hungarian cello master. I have had the opportunity to play with a number of increadible orchestras both in the States as well as in Europe. I have also played live shows with contemporary music, as well as some Studio Recordings for various artists.

• elementary (k-6th)

  I have been working with K-6th grade students in a tutoring setting for a number of years, much of which was through the "No Child Left Behind" program. I have a passion for young students who are looking to better themselves academically. There is no reason that school, or school related activities need be boring or agonizing. I believe that tutoring is as much investing in a life as it is emparting knowledge and study habits. Some of my fondest memories of my scholastic background is of people that took time to sit down with me and invest in success. I benifit just as much as the student I help, if not more so.

• general computer

  I am what I call a "heavy user". Meaning that I am well versed and comfortable on mulitple computer platforms: PC and Mac. I am very comfortable with most mainstream application suites such as: Adobe, Office, as well as other Music and Graphic specific programs. I have had great success teaching both young and old how to navigate basic computer functions such as e-mail, internet, and beginner Media applications, as well as advanced user needs. Wether it's for a specific project or simply general knowledge I love helping people discover what amazing tools are available through computers. Many people are scared or intimidated by computers. I will not only help you overcome those fears, but grow to love what computers can do for you.
