I graduated high school in the San Francisco Bay Area after two back to back 5.0 GPA semesters. I earned the Bank of America Award for Outstanding English Composition and am an AP Scholar with distinction for passing 11 AP tests. I learned the patience necessary to be a tutor while training younger boys in my Boy Scout Troop where I earned the rank of Eagle Scout. I scored in the 99th percentile of the SAT and have been working as a tutor for more than 2 years. I have found that one of the few things I take more pleasure in than learning new things is sitting with someone when they have their own moment of enlightenment and knowing I had a hand in it.
