I recently graduated from the University of Chicago, and looking to help middle school and high school students in a variety of subjects. My college is known for making sure that all graduating students have a strong foundation in all areas of education (math, science, English, social studies, history, etc.) It's been a while since I've been in high school, but I know can help middle/high school students truly understand their course work, instead of just teaching them the methods that will give them the right answers.
I was a private tutor in Kyoto, Japan for six months, tutoring elementary school students in English. While tutoring, I try to teach the students in way that they can relate to, and makes it seem interesting to them. I believe that a student can learn anything, as long as it taught in the right manner.
I currently am working in the mornings, but will be available in the late afternoon/evenings on both weekdays and weekends. If you are interested, please let me know.
