I am recent member of the Falls Church, VA community after moving from New Jersey. I am an equestrian enthusiast with National and World titles and 20 years of riding under my belt. I have coached other students to ride as well. As far as education, I recently graduated from Duke University with a Masters in Environmental Management. I know a lot about environmental issues, including climate change! I have developed great speaking and writing skills over the years that I would love to share with other students. I was educated in a Friends School for secondary school so I have a diverse background in subjects, including religion and philosophy. Then, I attended a women's college in western MA called Mt. Holyoke College where I was a Politics major and Chemistry minor. I took extensive course work in both the sciences, humanities, art and social sciences. I have basic language training in Spanish, French, and Italian. I like to read, write and sing in my free time and do yoga!
