My major subject was music and our final exam existed of a composition for four or more instruments with the lenght of at least 50 rhythm bars.the melody was supposed to invented without the help of any instrument to check for harmonies.if you can not hear the music in your head when you are reading the notes, you do not have the "absolete"ear. i obtained my certificate in germany and would like to be certified it in the states as well
i learned about all the different scales in sharp and minor,how to modulate from a harmony to a different scale and the difference in the minor scales and the major scales.musical intervals given with a starting point and vocally indicating the third,fourth fifth,and diminished pitch.what is a fuga and where is the theme found in the different instruments of the orchestra.we read the orchestra sheetmusic while we listened to the symphony. how many tones are a scale,what is difference in the structure of a minor and major scale?please certify me in the states also.
i started playing piano when i was seven years old .once a week i had a piano lesson lasting one whole hour.during that time we started with the easy menuettes and fugas and advanced to the wellknown classics like chopin, schumann,haendel etc. we periodically gave performances in museums and churches as a choir or individual instrumentalist. often i was asked to accompany a trio for strings or for fourhanded pieces. when i turned fifteen i stopped the lessons because i was more interested following along tunes on the radio like "the musicbox dancer"and such other than my classical lessons.i went to the lessons without practice and did not make any mistakes.i am qualified in germany and would like to achieve the same in the usa
