With a Bachelor's and Master's in Special Education from UNC Chapel Hill and a Doctorate from Emory University in Child Development, I have learned a great deal about individual differences and how they apply to one's learning style.
While at Emory I tutored students of all ages in math, reading, study skills and SAT preparation. One young man I tutored went from having a debilitating fear of all math to the top of his class in algebra, after only one semester with me.
I honor and respect individual differences without making room for excuses: everyone is capable of improving his or her current skill level, with personal attention.
