I obtained these degrees using government programs, scholarships, and part-time work while rearing three teenagers as a single parent with a house note and car note.

Real Property investing and construction - With 24 years experience as a real estate associate and a licensed Home Builder and remodeler, I can advise you on making the right decisions to build your financial wealth. I can provide tutoring in budgeting, credit score improvement, down payment assistance programs, self-employed financing documentation, design/build project guidance,estimating,foreclosures,short sales,investing in single family housing, etc.
3. Small Business Start ups - As a small business owner since 1979 I can provide tutoring in business plan development, accounting with QuickBooks, licensing requirements, forecasting, marketing, management, and operations.
