Hi. My name is Ashley. I am 22 years old and finishing up my last year of my undergraduate (major: Special Education (CI/LD)and Elementary Education, minor: Spnaish ). I am currently student teaching in Oak Park and will be graduating in April from Western Michigan University (I recently moved back home for my intern year). I have had 5 pre-internships ranging from a kindergarten classroom to pre-vocational teaching with young adults. I have experience in general education and special education settings and have experience with students that have learning disabilities, developmental delays, cognitive impairments and emotional impairments. I also have experience in assessment and progress monitoring. I really enjoy teaching as well as finding new and exciting ways to present information to children.
