I have many years experience working with the public. I have worked as a social worker and have worked in an alternative school. I have worked for Vocational Rehabilitation also. I have much patience and wish to help a person with their educational goals.

study skills

I am very confident in tutoring study skills or reading comprehension. I have a four year degree in psychology. It required excellent study skills because of all the information that had to be learned during my four years of studying different types of counseling and counselors. I have had a variety of different courses also in graduate school because I majored in rehabilitation counseling. To earn a master's degree you must be quite proficient in studying and reading comprehension. You have a vast amount of information to learn and so much to read that you must be very organized in your method of remembering all the information that you must remember. I was proficient in that and excelled in my studies. I have a variety of math classes as well as constitutional law and I had to be proficient in study skills to be able to complete all assignments that were given. I was able to complete my studies with much success.
