I love all types of science, and I can break it down so that anyone can understand it. I did my general studies at Moraine Valley, and a year of science, psychology, music and french at the University of the Virgin Islands. I'm currently a pre-med student in the process of transferring but I haven't finalized a school as of yet. Most of my experience comes from mentoring and tutoring young children.

  I've played the Clarinet since 1997. My training started with classical music and music theory, but has since expanded to include jazz, r&b, blues, & contemporary music. I played in my high school prep band for two years. I have been reading sheet music since 1995. I have been teaching vocal development, instrumental technique, and music theory since 2004.

• general music

  I've sang in various choirs since the age of five, but my formal training started in 1995. My training included the development of both my alto and soprano vocal ranges, playing the saxophone, the clarinet, and music theory. I have received numerous awards in music for both my vocal and instrumental abilities. All but two of my awards are division I ratings, and first place awards. One of the two is a second place award and the last is a fourth place award. I have been teaching vocal development, instrumental technique, and music theory since 2004.

I played first chair first alto in my high school concert band for one year and I was on the marching band for one year. I played in my high school prep band for two years.I recieved a divison I rating with a perfect score in the IHSA competetion for a jazz solo that I performed. I have been reading sheet music since 1995. I have been teaching music since 2004.
