I taught reading, math, history, english, and science for elementary grades: kindergarden, first, fourth and fifth grades. I also substituted for every grade level in the elementary age.
The classroom is where I learned to teach from various resources for each type of learner.
For example, I learned how to problem solve when students had a hard time understanding the content by using PowerPoint presentations, various websites, games, and other interactive tools depending on the type of learner.
I left my passion of teaching to grow my techincal background and I am excited about returning to the field and enriching more children's lives. I have a zeal to learn and enjoy when children begin to understand new things.
