My name is Sandy. I am a home school mom. I have 2 children, who I have been home schooling for some years. I too have a 5th grader who is doing very well. In fact, math is one of his favorite subjects. My family and I just mover here from the Pennsylvania area. There I tutor other children in my home Although, I don't have a college background, my ability to teach, in my opinion does not depend on that.     I owned and operated a daycare/homeschooling program for 16 yrs. in Yeadon, PA. I cared for and homeschool children from newborn to 16 yrs old. I was a learning coach in various subjects such as: math , language arts, history, and sign language. The program that I used to teach the children booster their motor skills, and help them to excel in reading, reading comprehension, and vocabulary.
