About Daniela:

I am very patient and love teaching anything and everything that I learned myself. I was an intern at Welleby Elementary in Sunrise as a teacher's assistant. I helped the first graders with their homework and co-directed a little play for the After Care students. I am currently taking ballroom dance classes (Tango, to be exact) and also attend photography classes at my college. As you can probably guess, I am rather on the creative side. I am attending my second year of college at Broward College in Davie.

More On Daniela's Subjects:

  • ballroom dancing

Ever since I could imagine, I have wanted to learn ballroom dancing. Being a romantic, the idea of floating across the floor in the arms of a man had me day dreaming for hours. So i took the initiative and signed up for Tango lessons. I have had dance experience before (Dance team for my high school all 4 years), so learning basic 8 steps is pretty easy for me. Although Tango is extremely passionate and deliciously unpredictable with the steps, I love it to death and am anxious to teach anyone who is willing to experience it.

  • elementary (k-6th)

I am a big kid at heart myself, so spending time with the little ones bring me such enjoyment. I love teaching kids, and just watching their curious faces light up at a new subject makes my heart leap. I interned at an elementary school as a Teacher's Assistant, therefore I got the experience of helping first graders with their homework and even teaching them a few things myself. I know how to make any subject fun, and the young ones will have a good time learning.

  • photography

Photography is one of my passions in life. My ultimate goal in life is to work at National Geographic as a photographer. Quite an ambition, I know, but just imagining myself being in a foreign land, doing what I love most is enough to send chills of excitement throughout my body. I am currently taking photography classes in my college. Those classes help with the chemicals and the practical side of this art, whereas the creativity comes from inside the mind.
