About Tawhid:

I am currently a college student looking to earn some income to help pay my way through college and what better way is there to do that than help future college students and keep my mind focused on studying at the same time, than tutoring. I have experience tutoring kids because of my large extended family. I am very patient and innovative in the ways that I teach the subjects at hand. I have cousins/nieces/nephews ranging in all different age and have helped them all in some point of their life & am currently still doing that with great success. I have great references that will prove to you that I am very dedicated in the things that I do & that I work very well with kids and people in general. I am very confident in my skills and hopefully, you'll give me the chance to prove that to you as well. Thank You.

More On Tawhid's Subjects:

  • general computer

I have been using a computer ever since I can remember back to the time when I was in about Second grade. Since that time I have learned a lot about computers through my interest in electronics and my high school years. General Computer knowledge includes how to set up a computer. Software/hardware information & problems. There is a lot of information about computers & it said that a computer is only as smart as the user, so the better you know how to use a computer, the more it will be able to help you. I have taken several computer courses in high school because at my high school we had to choose majors in our sophomore year for our junior and senior years. In those years, I took courses in software & hardware. Java Programing, HTML, & C++. I am more comfortable teaching general computer stuff than I am with programming languages. I have also helped to teach my relatives (most of them older) on the basic functions of a computer, and for those that were interested, more advanced skills including troubleshooting problems.

  • poker

When I am talking about poker, I am specifically referring to Texas Hold'em. I have been playing poker for about three years now. In that short amount of time I have played a lot of different games with a lot of different people and have gained a lot of experience. Different people have different methods for playing the game, but most of these people have the same characteristics; some are just more subtle than others in revealing them and there are signs that you have to learn to read. After about two years of playing poker, I started looking for new faces to play with & so anytime my friends would get together, I would teach them the basics of the game. When we had time alone, I would give my friends additional information to help make them better players so that I would feel some sort of competition when playing against them. It was hurting me to teach them my tricks, but at the same time it was making me a better player & more confident if I was able to still beat them or other people.
