I have taught elementary school for sixteen years - (pre-school, Kdg, 2nd, 3rd, 5th) and have subbed for many years in grades 7-8th. I have taught English to foreign students (Asian and Brazilian). I worked in an orphanage in Brazil and can teach Portuguese for beginning to intermediate students. I have taken a screenwriting course from Pasadena City College and have written a screenplay. I have also written a young adult novel and am seeking publication. I have studied the art of writing for many years and am confident I can help students use their creative ability to express themselves.
