My name is Mr. Henley. The focus of my educational background has always been Math. During high school, I represented my school in several Mathematics competitions often placing or even winning the event. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Michigan State University. Also, I hold a Masters degree in Information Technology. At Essex Community College in Baltimore, Maryland, I taught Basic Math, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Finite Math. Moreover, at Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, I tutored Algebra I & II, PreCalculus, Calculus, Geometry and Trigonometry at the Career Center. In addition, I have tutored Mathematics and Physics within my community and church. My teaching style includes evaluating the student to access his or her performance and needs.
