Whether you love reading and writing or loathe it, I am here to help. I have studied reading, writing, literature and language extensively in college and graduate school. Yet, I know that it takes more than a lot of book knowledge to make writing and the written word come alive. I can help you make sense of language and literature without being stuffy.
My work experience includes time working in the publishing industry, writing and editing textbooks and workbooks.
In addition to great proficiency with reading and writing English, I also speak and read Spanish. In college, I spent a semester abroad and in graduate school I studied Spanish translation.
I truly enjoy the opportunity to work with one or a few students. I believe that personalized teaching and coaching can make all the difference in a person's academic career.
