I am currently getting my Masters in Education to teach in an elementary school. I have lots of experience with children, less with teenagers - but I don't feel like I was a teenager that long ago myself! I graduated from Sumner High School and recieved passing scores on AP Literature (both courses), US History, and Calculus. I then attended college, graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences. After college I attended medical school at Bastyr University for a year before leaving to have a family. I have decided to go into teaching because I want to see students succeed and I think I can help. I am very friendly, organized, but flexible and I love school. I also understand that not everyone learns well in a structured environment or from a text book. These are the perfect students for me!
