OBJECTIVE
To obtain a teaching position or education-related work here in the United States to continue my mission of sharing my knowledge, skills, experience and values and work ethic to my students as well as my colleagues and associates continuing my lifetime career as a teacher in higher education and in business and accountancy.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
An education and continuous training, practice of accountancy and management consultancy as a CPA (Philippines), almost lifetime stint as a teacher in college, in graduate school and as CPA Review coach, exposure as corporate lecturer and trainer and public speaker and substantial involvement in professional organizations were all synergistic in developing broad experience in business, particularly, accounting and management. Such exposure created both a perpetual “learner” and “mentor” whose strengths are:

As college dean – vision-mission determination for goal setting, development and introduction of new products/courses, re-organization, process improvement, institution of controls and new policies and procedures (computerization of the enrollment, assessment and collection process, subject assignments, grade reporting – database system).
Accomplishment: Increased enrollment from 2,900 to 4,000. After more than a year, the college was given direct recognition by the Department of Education, “Excellence in Commerce Course Offering,” Faculty pay, more than doubled. All rooms were air conditioned. After three years, there was surplus funds enough to have two buildings constructed
