My name is Anwar. I am a native Rochesterian. I currently work locally in the educational field, but I am an urban/regional planner by trade. Last November I presented and defended my master’s research paper and subsequently received my Master of Regional Planning (MRP) degree from SUNY at Albany in January of 2008. While at Albany I was graduate fellow. I was employed as a graduate teacher’s assistant and interned in Schenectady for a downtown business improvement corporation. Before my time in Albany I completed four years of undergraduate work at St. Bonaventure Univ. and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. While at St. Bonaventure I specialized in both political and social sciences.
I feel that a student's style of learning and retaining knowledge must unearthed from within that individual student. For that reason, I open to using whichever tutoring methods are most effective for each student individually.
