My name is Scott and I have had the privilege of working with children and youth directly for the past 13 years either in churches or community organizations.
I have facilitated all types of programming designed to encourage children in their personal growth and development in regards to education and leadership.
Most recently, I served as the Executive Director in Dallas,TX for a non-profit organization whose purpose was to develop leadership skills in under served youth.
I also possess extensive training in childhood development via my Masters training in Christian Education. My heart is to encourage children and youth in their personal development.
