I have also studied weight training and researched health and nutrition for many years. I am very computer literate with extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. I have worked in the social service field for many years and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am versatile and have the ability and desire to help others improve their skills.

  I am an experienced artist in many areas. I have won awards in drawing as a young teenager and taken many college courses in drawing, sculpting, etc. I also make hand-crafted jewelry and sell it. I can assist with learning how to shade, compose and detail anything that you want to draw, paint or sculpt.

  I have been involved in weight training for about 20 years. I studied this course in college and also worked in the fitness industry. I understand the mechanics of weight training and am able to assist you in toning and building muscle. I am also knowledgeable as to the nutritional needs of a person who is weight training.
