I am a professional scientist and I also have a law degree. Zoology was my major in college as I had previously aspired to go to veterinary school. After deciding that that career path was not really for me, I worked several years as a biologist for various agencies. I then went on to law school and am looking forward to begin practicing environmental law in the future. I taught high school kids in Stockton, CA for a year after graduating from undergrad and enjoyed working with students. I have a current emergency teaching credential. I have volunteered with high school students more recently helping students that are interested in pursuing careers in a legal/law enforcement realm prepare for a mock trial (a fictional trial where students must advocate for their clients). I have also volunteered with various mentoring programs over the years and enjoy talking with students and helping them to achieve their best.I have a background in biology, but am also good with proof reading essays and other such material as my legal background has provided me with extensive writing experience. I am also a believer in balancing time and managing study skills over a period of time rather than cramming at the last minute for an exam. If I sound like someone that can help you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
