Hi! I have always enjoyed tutoring and I am very excited about the opportunity to continue this experience in New York. I just graduated Cornell University with a 3.8 GPA. I majored in Industrial and Labor Relations but I took several economics, history and psychology courses along the way. Those 3 areas have always been strong passions of mine. When I was in high school, I spent several years tutoring students in mathematics. Last summer I worked at Starbucks' headquarters and developed training programs for directors. I have a wide range of learning and development experience from training directors in a large corporation to helping a student with a learning disability in middle school. Outside of academics, I spend a lot of time playing the piano. I have been playing for 14 years. I am a very dependable and diligent person who loves to learn and teach others. I don't have one specific teaching style but rather I try to teach the subject material in the way that best meets the student's needs.
