Hello!My name is George (or Zhi), and I'm currently a senior at Boston College majoring in Psychology with minors in Asian Studies, Psychoanalytic Studies, and Philosophy. I remember going to SAT courses when I was preparing to take the test, but having a private tutor, or even actively engaging yourself in learning the material through SAT prep books, helps much more. I only took the SAT I once, and I received a perfect score on the math, and a 750 in the verbal (this was the last year before Writing became a part of the SAT I, so I took the SAT II for that and received a 710). I enjoy working with talented students, I have been working with the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth summer academic enrichment programs for the past three summers, and I was a mentor at a Dorchester charter school as well for a year. Although Psychology is my field, dancing is my passion, and I will be a dance instructor for breakdancing this semester as well. My teaching style is very engaging, I love it when students can come to conclusions on their own as opposed to passively absorbing the information.
