I'm a former English/German teacher/tutor who'd like to take on a few students in addition to my day job. I have taught elementary school, college and have trained corporate clients. I am very proficient in writing (I am currently working on my Master's in Journalism), and grammar.

Other subjects I teach include ear training, Microsoft Office applications, history, geography and literature.

I take a student-driven approach to learning. At our first meeting, we would discuss your goals, expectations and learning style. I try and give my students as much "hands on" instruction as I can.

• Bible studies

  In addition to obtaining my degree from Oral Roberts University where I was required to take courses in Biblical principles every semester, I have taught Bible at the Preschool, 2nd and 3rd grade levels.

  I obtained my degree in International Business and German studies in 1998. Since graduating, I have worked in the corporate language training field, and am currently employed as a logistics coordinator for an AV firm.

  I have taught elementary school at the 2nd and 3rd grade levels as well as teaching Preschool for several years. I have 14 year of experience as an Aupair/Nanny. I spent most of 2003 living and working in Switzerland as an aupair to 4 children. I enjoy working with children of all ages.

  In 2002, I taught Advanced Oral Communication and American Literature to college level ESL students at Oral Roberts University. Prior to this I worked as Director of Language Training for a corporate language services firm in Detroit, MI. I supervised a staff of 150 ESL and foreign language instructors as well as providing training, testing and language instruction in ESL and German.
