• Bible studies

  I have been teaching Bible to children and adults for about fives now. I graduated from seminary in 2006 with a 3.2 GPA and I have written, and delivered many sermons and Bible lessons since.

• elementary (k-6th)

  Even before graduating with a masters degree in Christian Education in 2006 I started substitute teaching in the Jefferson County Public School system. I teach primarily grades k-6, but have subbed for high school also. In addition to subbing, I begin in January of 2008 tutoring No Child Left Behind students. I have worked with a diverse group of students in grades 3 through 9 including Somali children to help get them on track.

  As an experienced photojournalist I have taken photos for newspaper, tabloids, and magazines since 1996. Educated in journalism with a masters degree from Ball State University I took photography classes there and at Indiana University where I earned an associates degree in journalism. I did a biographical research paper on famous LIFE photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt at BSU.
