I am a musician: I write music, I perform music, I teach music, I live music. I am a top-ten percentile grad of The Recording Workshop. I have assisted teaching guitar on a college level. I was a tutor and National Dean's List student at Wilbur Wright College in Chicago, Illinois. I have written, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered a self-released album entitled "Fake It Till You Make It". The song "Lose My Cool" from this album won me an eight-hour block of recording time at Chicago Recording Company (a $1200 value). I am a busker (street performer) in Ballard, Greenlake, at the Seattle Center, and at Pike Place Market. I play guitar, piano, and I sing. I have been in regional and national touring acts from Chicago and Seattle, including one that played the NMS in New York and The Foundation's Forum in Burbank, CA with Korn, Biohazard, and Bodycount. My music has been performed on the radio and in movie soundtracks. I love to inspire aspiring musicians, writers, and other artists. I love.

• composition (music)

  I have four semesters of music theory with a high B average in the subject. The knowledge I gained here I used to help create my own music, including a self-released album entitled "Fake It Till You Make It". Additionally, I was selected by my college to be the tutor for this subject during my attendance.

• ear training

  I studied ear training in college and received straight A's in the subject. I also tutored for the school in this subject.

• general music

  Music is my life, and therefore I have a well-rounded understanding of many aspects therein. I studied every available music course at my college (except jazz improv) and tutored for each as well.

• guitar

  I am a self-taught guitarist with over 11 years of personal study, TAB reading, composing, performing, and recording. In college I was the assistant teacher for the group guitar class, the guitar tutor, and I have taught individual lessons on guitar. I am currently a professional performer and busker.

• piano

  I had my first lesson at the age of 4, studying ragtime, classical, and popular music. I continued my piano study in college with a focus on theory and performance, earning top marks in both. Currently I play at home, ragtime, classical, romantic, and my own composition.

• songwriting

  I have been writing and recording my own music and lyrics for the past 17 years. My primary instrument for composition is guitar, with some composition on the piano. My style of writing ranges from pop-rock to folk. To date I have one self-released, -recorded, -produced, -mixed, and -mastered album entitled "Fake It Till You Make It".
